Delete Your AuraFarm Account

AuraFarm, operated by Hewham Ltd, lets you delete your account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to request deletion, shown below.

Open AuraFarm, go to Settings, then Account, then Delete Account, and follow the confirmation steps. This permanently removes your account and the data listed below.

If you cannot access the app, email support@playaurafarm.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify your request and action it.

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• your game progress and player data, including aura, upgrades, prestige and streaks;
• your public profile and leaderboard entry;
• your chosen username;
• your friend connections.

Your sign-in identity held by our authentication provider may require a short additional step, which emailing support@playaurafarm.com ensures is completed. Routine encrypted backups are purged on a rolling basis, and any residual copies of your data are fully deleted within 90 days. We may retain a limited record only where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
